Use of the machine
This machine use the steel shot which throw out by advanced technology blast wheel hitting the fast-moving wire, removing rust and scale on it, so that access to clean metal surfaces, metal products manufacturing use native benefit as follows:
1, removing rust and oxide layer on the surface of the wire.
2, wire blasting surface roughness after presenting a uniform, which will help increase the adhesion of aluminum-clad, copper clad and cladding uniform never fall off.
3, eliminate the internal stress generated in the process of drawing rods.
4, increase the tensile strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking of the surface of the wire to obtain a permanent life. This machine is the best suitable model for manufacturing the wire surface oxide treatment.
Features of the machine
1, high-efficiency equipment, clean wire surface after cleaning, in a metallic color.
2, shot blasting special shape of the blade, concentrated projectiles, projectile large density and increase productivity.
3, the guide wire spacing interval can be cleaned wire swing control, to achieve the purpose of cleaning up.
4, with a number of domestic and foreign advanced technology to improve the technological content features make the machine running small failure rate, power rate. Good sealing effect, to purify environmental indicators environmental requirements.
working principle

Cleanup is the pre-wire power (user-owned) by pressing wheel through the blasting chamber by blasting chamber disposed in the interior of the upper and lower blast wheel two sides arranged alternately around the two high-speed projectile shot blasting hit by the wire surface of the scale of its circumference on the table and get rid of the rust layer. After cleaning up pellets fed by the auger lifting the lower part of the machine, the machine will lift pellets fed into the separator, the air flow through the pellets into the hopper for qualified circulation pill use, unseparated mixture back to a clean bullet Shot room continue to cycle after a fine rust and dirt and dust by settling cylinder purification, large particles are captured collected, purified gas into the atmosphere.
