Composition and structure characteristics of equipment
According to the steel strip blasting process requirements, the machine uses non-powered roller conveyor structure to delievery the workpiece, the roller in the upper and lower symmetrical arrangement of 16 sets blast wheel, so that the 1000mm ~ 2000mm wide strip can be passed directly to clean the surface oxide.
The machine consists of blasting rooms(4 sets), abrasive cleaning rooms(4 sets), six abrasive cleaning systems(4 sets), blast wheel(16 sets), abrasive controllers(16 sets),Screw conveyor (4 sets ),bucket elevator (4 sets), separator (4 sets), conveying roller (1 set), overhaul platform (1 set), dust removal system (4 sets), pneumatic remote control system( 4 Sets), blowing pill fan (4 sets) and other components.
Workpiece cleaning order: Strip feeding → Shot blasting → High-pressure blower to purge the abrasive →Strip unloading
