Overview and features

Overview: This product is a series of KNNJOO common standard shot blasting equipment. Depending on the workpiece can be non-standard design and manufacturing, test in the factory, sold after the meet the technical indicators. By shot blast strengthening, it can greatly improve the surface hardness of parts, improve the internal stress of the workpiece, get the purpose of strengthen, improve the fatigue strength of the workpiece; It also can remove the other rust on surfaces of the workpiece. ZJ044 machines have a variety of types, it is suitable for the workpiece need to shot blast on the side or top, such as rods, gear shaft, spur gear, diaphragm clutch, bevel gear; Or the workpiece need to shot blast both on the side and top, and two sets of blast wheel shot blast the worpiece on the side at the same time

Process:

1. Preparation: First, manual control for electrical vibration sieve to separate projectile (which elevator opened; then put the workpiece manually on each small turntable.

2. shot blasting strengthening:

① Dust collector fan → elevator open → blast wheel open → rotation open →  two air control shot supply gates open → begin shot blasting. blast wheel need to shot blasting in a period of time.
② two air control shot supply gates close → large turntable drive cylinder open. large turntable is rotated one station →  two air control shot supply gates open (at the same time, the drive cylinder back into position, the operator load and unload the workpiece at the loading&unloading station)
③blast wheel continue to shot blasting a period of time. Recycled to step ② to continue working. In the above operation, it use automatic process control PLC for control, shot supply value open which is controled by electronically controlled gates, vibration sieve separate the projectile. After the work is completed, Dust removal system will clean the ash.
