The pellet supply system uses a special pneumatic control for the pill gate valve and photoelectric detection of the workpiece to prevent the projectile from throwing. The cylinder gate valve used by our company is a compact and lightweight cylinder without a base or an ear seat, which is more stable and reliable than a conventional seated cylinder, and it is easy and quick to maintain.
The dust removal system adopts three-stage pulse filter cartridge dust collector + cyclone body + settlement chamber, with excellent dust removal effect.
Because the workpiece is conveyed by the tool, the roller conveyor drive system uses bidirectional transmission.
Anti-reversal hoist adopts double insurance design: First, the transmission head wheel adopts a ratchet pawl mechanism to prevent reverse rotation, and second, the transmission motor uses a brake motor to prevent reverse rotation. At the same time, there is a lost rotation detection alarm device at the passive wheel.
Separator full screen curtain flow curtain design: variable pitch separator adopts dual-cylinder plus rotation resistance level meter control, according to the situation of the projectile automatically adjust the flow screen, to achieve the effect of full curtain curtain. Projectile automatic replenishment device: There is an up-down material level meter in the silo at the top of the cleaning chamber to automatically detect the amount of projectiles. The lower part of the hoisting machine is equipped with a make-up bucket and a pneumatic gate, and together with the level gauge in the upper bunker, the supplement pill is controlled, and the fill-up bucket is provided with a material level meter to perform the pilling alarm.
The dust removal system adopts pulse reverse blow vertical filter cartridge dust collector, which is more effective than traditional bag-type and traditional oblique insertion filter cartridges. It is more convenient and quick to replace the filter cartridge with vertical arrangement (open the access door), overcome The oblique plug-in arrangement is difficult to maintain and the dust of the upper filter cartridge falls to the lower filter cartridge, resulting in an undesirable effect of dust removal.
