It is made from steel plate and profile steel via welding, and they take high chrome steel plate or Mn13 liners inside to protect from blasting. 
2,Blasting wheel assembly
Composed of several sets blasting wheels to provide abrasive blasting to thoroughly clean the surface of workpiece
3,Abrasive reclamation system
It is primarily made up of screw conveyor, bucket elevator,shot-sand separator,pneumatic valve, abrasive delivery chute and so on.
4,Roller conveyor system
It is divided into feeding roller, pre-blast room roller, blast chamber roller, intermediate roller, post-blast room and discharging roller.
5,steel plate cleaning room
It adopts advantage cleaning unit to remove remaining abrasives from steel after shot blasting,, it also has brushing and air blowing.
