Roller shot blasting machines are mainly used in construction and other industries. For large-sized I-shaped steel, H-shaped steel with high-size steel structure to eliminate stress and surface rust cleaning. In the cleaning process, an electrically controlled variable speed conveyor roller feeds the steel structure or steel into the ejection area of the cleaning machine room, and the entire surface of the conveyor roller is subjected to strong intensive projectiles from different coordinate positions to strike and rub against it. The oxide scale, rust layer and its dirt quickly fall off, and the steel surface gets a certain smooth surface and hardness, improves the adhesion of the paint film to the steel, improves the intrinsic quality of the steel, and prolongs its service life. Clean the loading and unloading workpieces on both sides of the outdoor roller conveyor. The projectiles and rust dust falling on the steel are purged by the purging device. The splattered mixture is transported by the recovery screw to the chamber funnel, the vertical and horizontal screw conveyor to the lower part of the hoist, and then lifted to the upper part of the machine. In the device, the separated clean pellets are dropped into the separator hopper for recycling by the shot blasting machine. Dust generated during shot blasting is sent to the dedusting system by the exhaust pipe. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere. The particulate dust is captured and collected in the dedusting device. The air discharged into the atmosphere is clean, pollution-free air.
