Window wear 5 mm: rotate the directional sleeve 5 mm in the opposite direction of the impeller along the directional sleeve position mark.

Window wear more than 10 mm: The directional sleeve needs to be replaced, otherwise it may affect the shot blasting effect or damage the equipment. ‌

Parabola center alignment

During adjustment, ensure that the position of the directional sleeve is aligned with the parabola center of the object being thrown. The upper and lower directional sleeve positions can be fine-tuned through the shot blasting marks to achieve the best shot blasting effect. ‌

Operation specifications

During the adjustment process, avoid excessive force or misoperation that may cause damage to the equipment. It is recommended to follow the specific steps in the equipment manual and contact professionals for assistance if necessary. ‌

Regular maintenance

After adjustment, the wear of the directional sleeve needs to be checked regularly. It is recommended to calibrate it every six months or one year to ensure shot blasting accuracy.
