Equipment status: Modern shot blasting machines are usually equipped with automatic shot adding systems and steel shot flow monitoring devices, through which the consumption and replenishment of steel shots can be monitored in real time. Keep the flow of steel shots within a stable range to ensure the continuity and effect of the shot blasting process.
Equipment manual and empirical formula: Different models of shot blasting machines have their specific steel grit capacity and recommended sand addition amount. When operating, refer to the relevant instructions in the equipment manual and combine some empirical formulas to estimate the required amount of steel grit. The empirical formula can be calculated based on factors such as the size, shape and material of the workpiece.
