Catenary shot blasting machine can be divided into continuous type, step type, and accumulation type according to the movement of the chain. According to the hanging chain arrangement, it can be divided into single stroke, double stroke and multiple strokes.
In the continuous type, the workpiece is hung on the hook of the suspension chain and passes through the shot blasting chamber continuously and continuously at a constant speed. After entering the cleaning chamber, the workpiece rotates while being driven by the rotation mechanism and advances while accepting the cleaning working mode.
Stepping is to group the workpiece suspension hooks (generally 3 hooks). The number of hooks depends on the customer's operating frequency requirements and the length of the entire cleaning line. The working sequence is: Feeding → Waiting → Shot Blasting (rotation) → Waiting → Feeding → Waiting → Feeding Cycles.
Accumulation type is to stop the loading of a no-load trolley at a fixed point in the loading area of the workpiece. When the loading is completed, the stopper is automatically released. Before the trolley runs to the blasting chamber, the trolley is in a waiting state. At the same time, the workpieces carried by a group of trolleys in the shot blasting room are being blasted and enhanced. When the shot blasting indoor trolley has left the blasting chamber after the shot blasting is completed, the waiting area stopper is automatically released and the trolley enters the shot blasting stage; at the same time, the rear trolley is waiting; when the trolley workpiece cleaning (enhancement) is completed, the automatic operation is performed until Waiting area, waiting for the next feed. According to this continuous cycle work.
