This equipment is mainly used for steel pipe outer surface cleaning, it is used to cleaning the oxide and other debris on the surface of steel pipe, in addition, it also used for the shot blasting and cleaning of residual coating of other metal parts.

 

2, Equipment Overview

The device is a new type of roller through type steel tube shot blasting equipment which is independent developed by our company, it is used for the shot blasting of steel pipe. By shot blasting, it not only can descaling, rust and other impurities in the workpiece surface, but also can eliminate the internal residual stress of the workpiece, improve the intrinsic quality of the workpiece fatigue strength, meet the requirements, to prevent stress corrosion and other defects, and eventually reach improve the entire workpiece surface and internal quality. This shot blasting machine has the following main features:

The equipment use input & output and rotation speed adjustable, ensure that the work is completely shot blasting, it is suitable for various types of steel pipe, and improve work efficiency.

The equipment uses no pit design, it will save more than 60% of the foundation cost for customers.

Use Germany THYSSENKRUPP coupling technology, the efficiency of shot blasting can increase 20%.

Roller use multiple labyrinth sealing, no projectile splash, it has more effective.

Low speed settling + multi-cyclone + vertical cartridge gold dust collector, dust removal efficiency can reached 99.9%.

Use US HV company membrane filter media, dust emissions is better than national standards.

Steady flow type settling dust collector structure,it can increase more than 30% of the life of filter.

Wearing parts of blast wheel is made by high chrome investment casting Cr28%, life can be increased by more than 40%.

Hot zone in the shot blasting chamber use high-manganese steel MN13 for protection, it is easy to replace and has long service life, it is the best chamber guard plate in shot blasting machine.

The whole equipment is include the shot blasting chamber, abrasive control unit, shot blasting systems, abrasive recycling sorting storage system, ventilation and dust removal system, roller conveyor, loading and unloading systems, electrical control systems.
