3.1.3 Forging Length: maximum 400mm, minimum 190mm; forging width: maximum 165mm, minimum 75mm; forging thickness: Maximum 65mm, 20mm minimum
3.1.4 Forgings Hardness: HRC29.5-33.5
3.1.5 Required blasting forgings diagram (link), see Figure 1 and Figure 2.

3.2 Main technical requirements
3.2.1 Device requires no bump injury during cleaning.
3.2.2 Cleanup Quality: achieve smooth surface, each side forging no scale, no dead ends, silver gray.
3.2.3 Surface coverage to reach 200%.
3.2.4 Shot strength of surface residual stress ≥350Mpa, Almen test strip A2≥0.3A. The test position as shown in FIG.
3.2.5 Surface roughness: Ra30 ~ 70μm
3.2.6 Projectile projectile velocity ≥85m / s
3.2.7 Surface cleanliness: GB8923-88 (ISO8501-1,88) A-BSa2.5 level.
3.2.8 Production capacity: 450 / hour, 3-shift production.
3.2.9 Shot automatically add devices to be equipped with the system, install the level meter, more than two devices can voice alarm.
3.2.10 Shot blasting cleaning chamber and the layout have to undergo three-dimensional dynamic simulation projectile determined to ensure full coverage of the workpiece in the effective projectile band. Reasonable design requirements, to ensure that no dead ends forging uniform blasting effect.
3.2.11 Cleanup wire cutting pills and steel balls, steel balls and cutting pills in diameter within the range of 0.6 to 1.2 mm.
3.2.12 Precipitator better results, in line with a national dust discharge standard.

Dust removal equipment requirements and professional equipment manufacturers to cooperate. Blasting equipment when working in the workshop dust concentration meet GBZ2-2002 "workplace occupational exposure limit harmful factors" in the relevant requirements. After the dust emission concentration is not higher than 8mg / m3 (meet GB), the concentration of dust around the device is less than 2mg / m3, equipment noise <85dB.
