Applicable workpiece types: Particularly suitable for workpieces with regular shapes, small sizes and not afraid of collisions, such as bolts, nuts, and small castings.
Roller shot blasting machine:
Cleaning effect characteristics: The workpieces continuously turn in the roller with the rotation of the roller, and the shots impact the workpieces from different angles. The cleaning effect is relatively comprehensive, but the cleaning effect in some corners of the workpiece may be slightly inferior to that of the crawler shot blasting machine. The surface roughness of the workpiece after cleaning is moderate and is suitable for small workpieces that require a certain roughness for subsequent processing or painting.
Applicable workpiece types: Suitable for small castings and forgings that are not afraid of rolling and collisions, such as small gears and shaft parts.
Hook type shot blasting machine:
Cleaning effect characteristics: It can perform multi-angle cleaning on larger-sized and irregularly shaped workpieces. Through the rotation and movement of the hook, the shots can cover all parts of the workpiece. The cleaning effect for complex-shaped workpieces is better. The surface quality of the workpiece after cleaning is relatively high, which can remove thick oxide scale and rust layers. At the same time, the shot blasting intensity can be adjusted according to needs to control the surface roughness of the workpiece.
Applicable workpiece types: Widely used in workpieces with complex shapes and large sizes such as steel structural parts, auto parts, and molds.
Pass-through shot blasting machine:
Cleaning effect characteristics: It has high-efficiency cleaning ability and can continuously clean workpieces. The workpieces pass through the shot blasting chamber driven by the conveying system and are intensively impacted by high-speed shots. The cleaning effect is very significant. The surface finish of the workpiece after cleaning is high. Especially for large plates, steel structural parts, etc., it can quickly remove impurities and rust on the surface and provide good surface conditions for subsequent processes such as painting and welding.
Applicable workpiece types: Suitable for batch cleaning of various large steel structures, steel plates, steel pipes and other workpieces.
