1. Use and characteristics

DS20-55 Powerful and efficient rotor sand mixer is designed by our engineer according to the drawing we introduced from abroad. This machine mainly used for kinds of mold and sand cores in large and medium-sized foundry workshop. It can also be used for mixture kinds of glass,ceramic, fireproofing and other powder granular material.
The working principle of this machine is the low-speed rotation of the main scraper in the basin promote the mixture do radial and tangential movement, so that the sand at the same time to get mixed, high-speed rotation of the rotor blade both on the impact of sand, but also with the scraper with the sand to shear force, so that between the rapid spread of sand and a strong friction, so as to achieve high efficiency sand with good quality.
The machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, high reliability of the rotating system and mixing mechanism, is the ideal sand mixer at present.

3. Machine structure
The machine is consist of the body, transmission, mixing mechanism and scraper and other components. The main motor is connected with the reducer,and the main shaft is rotated by the reducer, and the spindle is driven by the crosshead on the spindle to move the scraper forward.
Two high-speed rotor mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the upper enclosure and self-contained as a separate system. The motor drives the rotor to rotate directly through the narrow V-belt, and the scraper is used to complete the impact shear and friction of the molding sand.
