Z14 Series Jolt Squeeze Molding Machine

This machine is suitable for batch production of small castings in single plate and single box molding, it can be made upper flask or lower flask.
This machine adopts spring microseism compacting mechanism, the cylinder diameter of compaction is big and pressure strength is large, so sand mould is compact and uniform; to ensure the effect on improving casting quality.

Machine structure
This machine consists of machine body, mould mechanism, jolting compacting mechanism, rotating arm pressure head mechanism and Pneumatic tube system and soon on.
The material of machine body is a firm, hollow frame casting, the upper part supports rotating arm pressure head part. When compaction, rotating arm loops to the machine body and the pressure force is supported by machine body , the machine body is connected to jolting mechanism by bolt.
Mould mechanism consists of two mould cylinders, connecting rod, synchronizing shaft, mould frame, mould ejector pin and soon on. When drawing mould, mould frame leads connected synchronizing bar, synchronizing shaft and four ejector pins  jack up the flask so drawing mould.
Jolting compacting mechanism adopts air cushion microseismic pneumatic compacting mechanism, it can shock or Pressure shock according to the technics.The jolting force and compress force can be increased.

The inputted compressed air enters into water-separating gas filter to eliminate water and impurities from compressed air, and then enters into the air regulator, then injectted lubricating oil , and then supplied to the pneumatic components and mechanism, this is controlled by four hand control valves.
 
 
Operation and Use
Drain valve of water-separating gas filter should be opened before turn on machine to discharge its water.
Oil mist filter should be filled with 30# motor oil before using. Oil injection level should be adjusted well at the same time. Adjusting pressure reducing valve to normal state. Remark: Working pressure should be lower than 0.5Mpa in empty test.
Every control valve handle should be in “Zero” position.
Shaping plate /mould plate & sand box/ flask & pressure head plate can be equipped according to customer’s requirements of actual use. Shaping plate / /mould plate should be well fixed. Pressure head height should be adjusted according to sand box / flask height.
Adjusting rapping/ drawing mould height according to rapping / drawing mould requirements to make four ejector robs jack up sand box/flask at the same time.
Open the total valve.
Push the pressure head to non-work position, put a sand box/flask and fill it up with sand. Turn the reversing valve handle to “Ram-jolt” position, then machine began shaking. Turn the handle to “Zero” position, shaking ended.
Turning pressure head to work position and the reversing valve handle to “Compaction” position, then piston of compaction cylinder is rising for compaction. The other reversing valve handle can be turned to “Ram jolt” position at the same time if necessary. Pressure shock will finish when this handle turn to “Zero” position.
Turning reversing valve handle to “Zero” position, then worktable will down to the bottom and pressure head roll out. If necessary, the reversing valve handle can be turned to “Vibrator” position, then Vibrator is shaking. It will stop shaking when the reversing valve handle turn to “Zero” position.
Turning reversing valve handle to “Raping”/drawing mould position, rapping/drawing mould speed can be adjusted by one-way throttle valve (The reversing valve handle can be turned to “Vibrator” position in rapping process for tremor) . Taking mould away after rapping. Turning reversing valve handle to “Zero” position and rapping rod descend. Completing a modelling circulation.
All gas circuit should be closed and residual air from ripe should be exhausted after work. Cleaning equipment immediately after use.
