Double hook type shot blasting machine is used for shot blasting of castings and forgings parts, welded parts and alloy parts ,and it used to remove the rust, scale, welding slag on the surface of the parts, it also can reduce the internal stress of workpiece and improve the fatigue resistance of the workpieces.
This type shot blasting machine is a hook type shot blast cleaning equipment, divided into single and double gauge two models， with the following characteristics:
① Adopt the No.4 generation cantilever, centrifugal abrator with a big blasting capacity, high throw speed, it can increase clean efficiency enormously and get a satisfied clean quality
② Simulative throw diagram ( including confirmation on abrator type, quantity and space arrangement, etc.) and all of drawings of abrator are drawn by CAD, it is reasonable for abrator selection and arrangement . It can increase using rate of abrasives and labor production rate to guarantee clean effect and decrease abrasion on the chamber protection plate.
③ Adopting popular non-pit construction, it not only can save civil work cost and time of pit, but also can solve south clients’ pit water problems which causes abrasives and sand have rust and agglomeration in lifter.
④ To adopt 1-3 ton electric crane to lift work pieces, hook has its own move track,Hook has its lift, running and indoor rotation function
⑤ Heat section of clean chamber uses ZGMn13 plate to protect, the wear life is much longer than previous rubber plate protection, and its appearance is beautiful and can be replaced easily. It is the most popular protection type of abrator chamber.
